ServiceCall Pro Remote is the ideal field service engineer tool for a rapid response to customer cares. The application allows an engineer to retrieve and update their entire work schedule with complete remote access to back office data. At a glance an engineer can view a list of their service calls to be completed. Rotating the device 90 degrees reveals a map showing the location of each call. ***To use this application you must have a ServiceCall Pro account*** PLEASE NOTE: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Requires iOS 5.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
